Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship all orders through USPS.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Please allow 2–4 weeks for international deliveries.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat rate shipping on all orders.
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $100 USD (before tax and discounts).
Shipping costs for orders under $100 will be displayed at checkout.
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping charges.
Shipping Delays
Please note that weather, holidays, and postal delays may occasionally impact delivery times. Once a package leaves our facility, transit times are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist if your order is delayed or lost in transit.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some of our natural products—such as whipped butters and skin therapies—are temperature sensitive. During warmer months, we take extra precautions by sealing these items carefully and, when needed, including a reusable cold pack to help preserve their consistency during travel. We recommend bringing your package indoors promptly upon delivery to avoid exposure to heat or direct sunlight.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unopened and unused products. To start a return, please contact us at casiflor.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll provide simple instructions for returning your product.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or your item arrived damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or exchange.
